Return Policy

Most important to us is that you are satisfied with what you bought. Therefore we always offer an open purchase  with cancellation rights for 14 days. Our only demand is that the product will return to us in the condition you received it in. If you have received the wrong product by mistake, be sure to contact us for a return and we will correct it with no additional cost. No return on DISCOUNTED goods. Replacement rights only if the item is available in stock.

Would you like to return your item?

How to use:

1. Pack the items you want to ship back in the package you received the goods in or a new package together with a note where it says who the package is from, so we know.

2. Buy stamps by weight (at the nearest Postal Office, where you usually pick up your deliveries).

3. Then leave the package with the nearest agent or a mailbox.

Do you want to change to a different size or color?

* Free shipping on the item you want to change (you pay for the shipping to us, and we pay for shipping to you.) Return the item in the same condition as when you received it. Notify us when you ship the item.

We can issue a credit only when we receive the goods in return.

Bank card / debit card

If you have paid by bank / debit card, we will return the funds to your account. Keep in mind that the money goes back to the same debit card used at the origin order. If you have purchased a discount / gift card and choose to return the entire order, you will receive a new discount code / gift card on the value of your return.

Refund Klarna

If you choose to return the entire order, the invoice will be adjusted to your customer account at the client. If you choose to return parts of the order, the amount will be adjusted on your next invoice you will be returned to. 


We will do our best to guarantee that the goods you ordered are not defective at delivery. Should you receive a defective or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible.
